Description: Bero Architecture prepared a Condition Report to identify exterior masonry deterioration. The report provided a planning tool for the hospital's exterior wall maintenance repair program. Components of the wall, including the copings, parapets, lintels, sills, and field, were examined for deterioration, movement, moisture, penetration, and cracking. Repair recommendations and priorities were established. This report resulted in several remedial repair projects.
