A newly constructed single family residence inspired by the residential designs of Greene and Greene, an early twentieth century, California based architectural firm known for their distinctive craftsman detailing. Bero Architecture, working closely with the family, researched Charles and Henry Greene , developed the design, and carried the project through construction, focusing on detailing modifications to accommodate the demands of weather in the Northeast.
This project received a Merit Award from the Rochester chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 2011.
