Frank Lloyd Wright House Restoration In Progress

We are fortunate to again be working on a project on Rochester’s lone Wright house. Originally built for Edward E. Boynton and his daughter Beulah in 1908, it is undergoing extensive improvements and restoration under the experienced guidance of a new owner. Our contribution is a new garage and connecting pergola designed to be sympathetic with and complimentary to the main house. We are working with Mark Bayer, Landscape Architect, who has designed a lush scheme for the grounds and gardens. The new site design acts as re-imagining of the lost gardens and structures that originally occupied the property south of the house nearly to Park Avenue.
