Description: Bero Architecture P.C. inspected Corning’s Clock Tower, the centerpiece of the Market Street Historic District, and prepared a condition report containing recommendations for restoration and estimates of probable repair costs. Following a citizens’ private fund drive, Bero Architecture prepared construction documents, obtained bids, and administered the construction contract.
