Boynton House Site Development

The east portion of the Boynton House site has been bustling with activity with the extended warm weather. Pavements, planters, and the lily pond structure are complete and awaiting spring for finish landscaping and fencing.

Precast pergola posts, in place since September, are receiving heavy timber trellis beams and rafters. The trellis framing should be completed by February.

The garage is framed and enclosed with temporary roofing to hold it until warmer weather when the exterior finishes will be completed. In the meantime the garage interior will be built-out and sash installed. Now that several salvaged sash have been installed in the west façade, it is easier to envision the view from the patio garden toward the garage.
