Description: Development of Facilities Master Plan and subsequent implementation for several buildings housing numerous community outreach programs and a large parish. The Asbury campus is located in a local preservation district and a National Register historic district. The most difficult and interesting aspect of the project was allocation of space in four buildings between many competing groups.
Specific items addressed included rainwater disposal, electrical repairs, sitework (ramp, garden wall, parking area, circulation, playground drainage, and coordination of planting plan with landscape architect), energy conservation program, roofing, masonry repointing, and interior repairs.
