		ALDERSGATE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH Location: Greece, NY Bero Architecture completed a Master Plan in 2003 and a 16,000 square foot addition including new sanctuary and fellowship hall in the Fall of 2006. The sanctuary has exposed steel structure and gently curved brick wall backing the chancel (daylit from above), concrete screen light baffle and backlit stainless steel cross.

		ASBURY FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH Location: Rochester, NY Cost: $1,300,000 Description: Development of Facilities Master Plan and subsequent implementation for several buildings housing numerous community outreach programs and a large parish. The Asbury campus is located in a local preservation district and a National Register historic district. The most difficult and interesting aspect of the project was allocation of space in four buildings between many competing groups. Specific items addressed included rainwater disposal, electrical repairs, sitework (ramp, garden wall, parking area, circulation, playground drainage, and coordination of planting plan with landscape architect), energy conservation program, roofing, masonry repointing, and interior repairs.

		CHAPIN MILL RETREAT CENTER Location: Stafford, NY Cost: $2.85 million Description: This project for a new retreat facility for the Rochester Zen Center consisted of the following: 1.) Master planning for the 80-acre site near Batavia, New York, containing woods, farmland, spring-fed ponds and streams, a nineteenth-century mill and outbuildings. 2.) Assessment of the existing buildings on the site. 3.) Programming and site selection for the retreat facility. 4.) Preliminary design, phasing plans, and cost estimates for the 12,600 square foot facility, including a new Zendo, teacher's quarters, and private teacher/student meeting room, kitchen/dining/entry hall and dormitories.

		CLIFTON SPRINGS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH ADDITION Location: Clifton Springs, NY Description: Bero Architecture designed a 16,000 square foot, two-story Social Hall and Educational Wing compatible with the 1860's masonry Sanctuary.

		FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH Location: Corning, NY Description: Bero Architecture was the architect for a new entrance vestibule located between the existing sanctuary and education building. The addition improved circulation and provided barrier free access between the church's facilities.

		LIMA PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH Location: Lima, NY Description: Bero Architecture prepared a condition report identifying areas of exterior deterioration, suggesting remedial repairs and estimating costs. The report was used as the basis for a successful Environmental Protection Fund Grant Application. Bero Architecture provided full architectural services for the repair and restoration project.

		ST. PAUL'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH Location: Rochester, NY Cost: witheld Description: Bero Architecture developed a Facilities Master Plan for the church. The planning process included evaluating the church's programming needs, planning site improvements, and designing several building projects. St. Paul's Episcopal Church is located in Rochester's East Avenue Preservation District.
