Description: Bero Architecture P.C. prepared a feasibility study for the City of Rochester evaluating alternate development schemes for this historic former industrial site and building. We served as the Project Architect on a team of professionals that developed the plans for the City Festival Site and we were the Project Architect for a private developer who rehabilitated the remaining six story south wing of the former Gorsline Building.
